David feels fortunate to have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. He has purchased and sold a variety of properties throughout Utah and is very familiar with the Wasatch Front & Wasatch Back real estate community. His experience includes Buying, Selling, New Construction, Renovations, Income/Investment properties, and Land acquisitions.  This experience has provided David with a comprehensive understanding of the housing market. He is well prepared to help his Agents & clients understand all aspects of contract law, negotiating, buying, selling and investmenting. NRE’s motto is simple "WE SERVE" Others before Us, Service before Profits, Quality before Quantity . David co- founded NINJA in 2017, which later became NRE Real Estate Professionals in 2022. Today NRE is made up of 120 agents, many of them award-winning real estate agents recognized throughout the state of Utah. David feels truly blessed being surrounded by the best of the best. Who is David Salazar?  David grew up in Salt Lake City, he attended Judge Memorial High School and then the University of Utah. David immersed himself into the real estate industry while in college as an investor buying rental properties and renovating homes. He soon found his passion for helping the community find their homes and has been there for the last 20 years. David’s passions include being a Dad to his 4 amazing sons, husband to his beautiful wife Jennifer, cars, hunting, fishing, camping, and anything that includes his family.
